Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer for a top industrial technology client. This individual will serve as a technical leader within embedded electronics, driving innovation, setting engineering standards, and mentoring engineers across the organization. The role focuses on system-level hardware development, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term platform scalability, with a strong runway into future engineering management.

Day-to-Day:
Design and review electronic hardware components and architectures Set design standards and best practices for the EE team Lead system-level integration and technical roadmaps Mentor and guide engineers through design reviews and development Collaborate with global software, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams Support NPI efforts and manufacturing integration Act as a technical authority and future people leader We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
