Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Knowledge and application of engineering theories and principles concepts and fundamentals. Requires developmental experience in a professional engineering position. Competency in applying engineering principles fundamental concepts practices and procedures requiring some evaluation originality and/or ingenuity to achieve project objectives. Understands and can apply knowledge of configuration management. Ability to perform engineering calculations using applicable software programs e.g. Matlab Excel etc. Planning organizational and project management skills. Ability to develop and exercise leadership skills. Effective decision-making skills. Effective oral and written communication skills include technical writing. Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. Ability to interpret codes regulations and practices. Equally effective working independently or in a team environment. Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks. HS Diploma is a min requirement Safety committee Rep for the OSS team and allResponsibilities:
Aconex review responsibilities Consolidate all OSS documents going into workflow to include as-built drawings Advise on assigning reviewers for new workflow initiation Keep up with overdue workflows/sending reminders Close ALL open comment sheets related to old/finalized documents Weekly updates report Call coverage roster Own shared team calendar Own the OSS action tracker Own the OSS team SharePoint page Mange Change Orders Manage Budget for OSS contract Support to include contract/invoice review Risk Analysis Semco inventory management : Drives key discussions/warehouse walk-throughs Integrated tracking method onto external SharePoint Created job aid for using tracking method- NCRs TQs Tracks existing NCR non conformity reports/TQs technical queriesprogress weekly Adds new NCR/TQs for our engineering team to validate weekly Attends working calls to resolve NCR/TQs Proper email communication will only be done to and from @astyra.
