PCB Design Engineer - (Circuit Design, Power Electronics & Full Product Lifecycle)
Salary:
Up to $100,000 • Located in Greater Milwaukee / Northeast Wisconsin corridor • Join a small, growing manufacturer where engineers take ownership of projects from start to finish — direct access to leadership, real design influence, and collaborative work environment.

10+ years without a degree Salary Up to $100,000 per year, based on experience Travel Approximately 20 days per year within the US Location Greater Milwaukee / Northeast Wisconsin corridor — on-site position Type Full-time, direct hire with 401(k) benefits Authorization Must have U.S. work authorization — no sponsorship available This is a permanent, full-time position with a small, privately owned manufacturer that is consistently growing year after year by designing and manufacturing high-quality electronic products for specialized applications. Engineers work closely with leadership, have significant influence on design choices, and see projects through the entire process from PCB layout to production release. Responsibilities:
Design and develop PCBs from concept to production release Create power supply designs, including analog and mixed-signal Generate electrical schematics, specifications, and BOMs for multiple projects Support prototype builds, product testing, and manufacturing startup activities Conduct reliability analysis and contribute to quality processes Assist with technical documentation and project deliverables Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in PCB layout and circuit design Background in power supply design, analog and/or mixed-signal Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Experience in a regulated or quality-focused manufacturing environment Self-directed work approach with excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience Strong pluses (not required): Proficiency in simulation tools like PSpice Knowledge of embedded systems or firmware Familiarity with mechanical integration tools such as SolidWorks Experience in highly regulated or performance-driven industries
