What You'll Do As a Residential Energy Rater, you'll play a key role in improving the efficiency and performance of newly constructed homes across Michigan. Conduct onsite energy testing and inspections on new homes Perform blower door and duct leakage testing Analyze home performance using specialized software Work closely with builders, contractors, and project managers Help ensure homes meet energy codes and performance standards Provide insights that help improve construction quality and efficiency What We're Looking For We're less focused on what you've done before and more focused on who you are and your willingness to learn.
