Responsibilities:
Develop and support monitoring-based commissioning programs for new and existing client projects. Utilize SkySpark and other analytics tools to support commissioning, retro-commissioning, and ongoing building optimization initiatives. Review controls designs, network architecture, and sequences of operation to improve system performance and analytical outcomes. Coordinate system integration efforts with controls contractors, facility teams, and IT stakeholders. Manage ongoing commissioning activities, including client meetings, analytics reviews, issue tracking, and performance recommendations. Support energy audits, retro-commissioning studies, and facility optimization efforts across a variety of building types.
Qualifications:
Experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), systems integration, software development, data analytics, or building energy services. Familiarity with SkySpark Analytics and fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) platforms. Understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls systems, and IT/OT networking. Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the U.S. with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits & Perks Fully remote, home-based position.
