We're not a giant corporation and we aren't trying to be like one. We're a small, nimble team with a hands on approach. We value curiosity, accountability, and people who enjoy solving puzzles in the real world. Position Overview We're hiring an entry level Junior Building Performance Analyst, ideal for someone ready to begin a career in energy efficiency, building science, or a construction adjacent trade. You'll start by shadowing a Senior Analyst in the field, gaining firsthand experience with the tools, techniques, and various software we use. Your certifications are fully paid by the company, and your initial certification is typically completed within the first month or two of employment. Once certified, you'll begin performing independent site visits and code compliance testing. What You'll Do Assist with diagnostic testing (blower door, duct leakage, IR scans, TAB, etc.). Perform basic data analysis and clearly document field observations. Enter and manage data using energy modeling and documentation software. Communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. Coordinate closely with colleagues to streamline project timelines. Perform physical tasks like lifting equipment (20-50 lbs+) and accessing attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces. What We're Looking For Detail oriented and eager to learn. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Comfortable on construction sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. No experience required, however construction, HVAC, or engineering experience is a bonus. Ability to speak Spanish well is a bonus, but not required. Long-term opportunities in advanced testing, modeling, and consulting. Work Style This is a hybrid role with a mix of on the road field work and remote documentation/report writing. You'll regularly drive to various job sites across the state of Colorado to conduct tests and inspections. After fieldwork, you'll typically return to your home office (or ours) to write up test results and compliance reports. Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Paid certification and professional development Supportive, growth focused team culture Apply Today This is a rare opportunity to build a career in a specialized field with a multitude of skillsets to develop.
