Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the coordination and execution of financing transactions for a growing portfolio of solar and energy storage projects. The ideal candidate will track project milestones, prepare materials for transaction closings, and assist with due diligence requests from construction lenders, tax equity investors, and other financing partners. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with development, engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow. Candidates should have experience in project finance, renewable energy, or transaction support, with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping bring utility-scale clean energy projects to successful financial close and commercial operation. Key Responsibilities Track project development, construction, and financing milestones to support transaction closings for solar and energy storage projects. Prepare and organize due diligence materials for construction lenders, tax equity investors, cash equity partners, and permanent lenders. Coordinate with internal teams including development, engineering, legal, accounting, and asset management to gather and validate project information. Assist in preparing project status updates, financing presentations, and closing checklists for internal and external stakeholders. Support funding events by monitoring outstanding deliverables, maintaining data rooms, and ensuring all transaction requirements are completed on schedule. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project finance, transaction support, or renewable energy development. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present information clearly and accurately. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Experience working with lenders, investors, or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
