Job Description

We're seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to conduct residential energy assessments, educate customers on energy-saving opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
Pay:
$31.00- $41.00 per hour
DOE Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-home energy audits and equipment evaluations Analyze energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements Educate customers on energy-saving programs and services Troubleshoot HVAC, insulation, ductwork, and energy management systems Support community outreach events and customer education initiatives Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of related experience Valid Driver's License Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with energy audits, HVAC systems, or energy efficiency programs preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred
Requirements:
Ability to travel locally to customer locations Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and wear required PPE, including a respirator If you're passionate about helping customers reduce energy costs while improving efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!
