Full Job Description Overview:
Our Power Delivery group is seeking a Staff Customer Outreach Coordinator for our Tampa, FL office. This role will require heavy field work in the Tampa area including walking outdoors with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by the weather. #LI-MB1
Responsibilities:
In this role, every day is an opportunity to do work that genuinely matters — building real relationships in the field while being the steady, reliable connection between a project and the community it impacts.
Customer & Property Owner Outreach:
Contact each assigned property owner. Build positive relationships with customers. Discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customers/property owners
Project Agreement & Documentation:
Gain the customer's agreement to proceed with the project as planned. Acquire the property owner's signature on any necessary easements and acknowledgment forms
Ongoing Communication & Support:
Facilitate ongoing communication with property owners and occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with client's policies and procedures. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Reporting & Compliance:
Produce timely and detailed service reports. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Collaboration & Customer Intelligence:
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (internships and work experience a plus)
  • OR•Associate's and minimum of 3 years' experience•OR•High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 5 years' experience.
Experience working in customer service, marketing, communications or similar Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules Familiarity with mobile tools and applications (i.e., iPad) Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Physical requirements include walking outdoors with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by the weather #LI-MD1
Pay Range:
USD $21.00
