Position Overview:
As an Energy Efficiency Program Processor at UES, you will play a crucial role in supporting our energy efficiency programs. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing program applications, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for energy conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process program applications submitted by customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verify that applicants meet eligibility criteria and compliance requirements. Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies in their applications. Maintain accurate records of program applications, approvals, and rejections. Generate reports and data analysis to monitor program performance. Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and guiding them through the application process. Assist in the development and improvement of program processes and documentation. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and energy efficiency technologies.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and programs is a plus. Customer service experience Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Energy Efficiency Knowledge:
Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and practices, including renewable energy sources, lighting retrofits, HVAC systems, and insulation.
Regulatory Compliance:
Understanding of energy efficiency regulations, standards, and incentive programs relevant to the industry. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience with CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and inquiries.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues related to program applications and eligibility.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
Time Management:
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to evolving program requirements and industry changes.
Environmental Sustainability:
A genuine interest in and commitment to environmental sustainability and energy conservation.

Hours & Shift:
