Job Description
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE
): A general understanding of demand side management (DSM) including energy efficiency and demand response programs. Ability to perform data mining or data analysis is preferred, including SQL queries. Detail orientation is critical. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers. Effective written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a hybrid position, with the ability to work remote on Monday and Friday. Will be required to travel to and work from the client location on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This position manages the data reconciliation and provides system administrative support in the areas of new and existing energy efficiency and demand response programs, or services within the DSM Organization for residential and/or commercial customers. Supports program managers in effort with program budgets, customer IT capital projects, and is the primary contact for outside vendor and sub-contractor relationships, including any local vendor presence to ensure program data is successfully transferred and captured in the system of record. Support Product Managers to maintain product requirements and implementation processes.REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, economics, marketing or a related discipline preferred or 4 years of directly related experience.WORK HOURS
