You will directly impact community sustainability goals by optimizing household energy consumption and ensuring high-quality service delivery through expert technical installations. Responsibilities Execute the installation of energy-saving hardware including LED lighting, high-efficiency water fixtures, and thermal insulation materials to improve home performance. Empower homeowners by providing actionable insights on reducing utility expenses and optimizing energy usage patterns. Maintain rigorous documentation standards for all site visits to ensure data integrity and project compliance. Operate company-provided fleet vehicles safely while navigating regional service territories to meet project milestones. Collaborate with management to resolve field challenges and uphold safety standards across all residential sites. Engage with community members during outreach initiatives to promote energy conservation awareness. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven ability to work autonomously or within a collaborative team environment. Strong commitment to safety protocols and detail-oriented documentation. Ability to travel extensively to support regional service operations. Preferred Skills Prior experience in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, or residential construction. Background in customer-facing roles or field sales. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
