Role Description We are seeking a Battery Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. The Battery Engineer will lead the research and development of cutting-edge battery technologies, focusing on materials optimization, energy storage innovations, and performance testing. Responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to innovative solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. Qualifications Expertise in Batteries and Energy Storage technologies Strong background in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering Experience in Research and Development (R D), including hands-on laboratory work and data analysis Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative design Excellent organizational and communication skills Master's or Ph.D. in a related field is preferred Previous experience in advanced battery technology or sustainable energy solutions is a plus
