In-office, Full Time. We are also willing to entertain a term contract of 18-24 months if requested. Compensation:
$160,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience Benefits:

Position Summary The Senior Broadband Infrastructure Advisor leads strategic advisory and Owner's Representative engagements for broadband, telecommunications, and infrastructure clients. Initially focused on supporting BEAD awardees through strategic integration and assurance services, the role will expand to a broader portfolio that includes fiber, fixed wireless, satellite and LEO networks, middle-mile and last-mile infrastructure, grant-funded programs, private network expansion, deployment readiness, procurement support, and revenue-focused growth initiatives. This is not a traditional project management role. The Senior Advisor serves as a strategic assurance leader, helping executives evaluate deployment decisions, integrate infrastructure investments into long-range capital plans, and align technical, operational, financial, compliance, procurement, and commercial objectives. The role supports executive decision-making, board reporting, technology strategy, HLD/EHP coordination, risk management, procurement activities, funding assurance, and deployment planning while coordinating with engineering, environmental, operational, and financial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead Owner's Representative and strategic assurance engagements for broadband and infrastructure clients. Serve as the primary advisor and client-facing lead for executive stakeholders. Help clients align infrastructure investments with capital plans, network growth strategies, and revenue objectives. Provide strategic advisory support for BEAD and other grant-funded broadband programs. Coordinate activities across leadership, engineering, environmental, operations, procurement, finance, legal, compliance, and vendor teams. Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points across planning, permitting, procurement, engineering, construction, operations, and commercial workstreams. Support development of RFPs, scopes of work, vendor evaluations, procurement strategies, and award recommendations. Prepare executive dashboards, board materials, agency updates, lender/investor reporting, and strategic decision support documents. Guide technology evaluations involving fiber, fixed wireless, Tarana ngFWA, satellite, LEO, and hybrid architectures. Advise clients on deployment tradeoffs involving cost, schedule, constructability, permitting, environmental requirements, performance, scalability, and customer experience. Support alignment of network deployment with commercial launch, customer activation, operational readiness, and revenue goals. Develop and maintain executive-level risk, issue, dependency, and decision tracking. Translate technical and programmatic issues into clear business implications and recommendations. Support business development, proposal development, client presentations, and service offering enhancement. Required Qualifications Senior-level experience in broadband, telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, public funding programs, or complex capital project delivery. Strong understanding of fiber and/or fixed wireless broadband deployment. Experience with strategic advisory services, infrastructure program oversight, Owner's Representative services, capital program assurance, or network deployment. Ability to synthesize technical, financial, operational, procurement, regulatory, and commercial information into actionable recommendations. Experience coordinating engineering, permitti ng, environmental, procurement, construction, operations, and commercial stakeholders. Strong executive communication, presentation, and briefing skills. Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority. High degree of professional judgment, discretion, and client-service orientation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with BEAD, USDA
ReConnect, Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, NTIA, CPF, SLFRF, state broadband programs, or similar funding initiatives. Experience with OSP planning, fiber deployment, fixed wireless, Tarana ngFWA, satellite, LEO, or hybrid network architectures. Familiarity with NEPA, EHP, permitti ng, environmental review, grant reporting, and funding compliance requirements. Experience supporting HLD contractors, environmental consultants, engineering teams, construction vendors, and procurement efforts. Experience developing RFPs, evaluation criteria, procurement recommendations, and vendor selection processes. Experience preparing board presentations, agency reports, lender/investor materials, and executive decision packages. Experience supporting rural broadband, utility, remote deployment, or large-scale infrastructure programs. Core Competencie s Strategic thinking and executive presence.
