This role drives operational performance by executing strategies that meet customer demand, improve quality, increase efficiency, and continuously enhance processes and systems. The Plant Head partners closely with regional and global leadership to align plant operations with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily plant operations. Build and sustain a high-performance, safety-first culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development. Develop and mentor leadership teams and frontline employees, ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent. Design and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals and value creation initiatives. Translate strategic transformation initiatives into actionable plant-level programs that improve efficiency, reliability, and asset utilization. Lead execution of capital projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Drive cost optimization through lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and process improvements. Promote cross-functional collaboration across maintenance, quality, logistics, and operations to maximize efficiency. Share best practices and collaborate with peer leaders to improve overall performance across the organization. Implement and sustain continuous improvement methodologies throughout all operational levels. Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. Maintain strong internal controls and risk mitigation processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Training hours, retention rate, internal promotion rate Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven project management experience Experience leading cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance Background in change management and organizational transformation Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment At least 5 years in a senior leadership role Experience operating within a global organization preferred Expertise in managing spinning and weaving facility Experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations Textile or fibers industry experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field required Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires extended periods of sitting and computer work, along with the ability to access various areas of a manufacturing facility.
