Senior Engineering Manager Join an Industry Leader. Manage Technical Teams. Win. Do more. Profitable, growing, publicly-traded, designer and manufacturer of high-volume defense products seeks an Senior Engineering Manager .
In this critical role:
Lead 6 Managers and 24 indirects who are responsible for product R D, production support across 3 product lines, process improvement projects, and facilities; Recommend, justify and implement $2-$3 million in Capital Equipment Expenditures per year; and Oversee an already approved 5 year strategy to double output. You will need to have the following: BS (Math, Materials, Chemistry, Engineering) Advanced Degree (MS or PhD) 10 years of product manufacturing experience Successful management of technical people management Track record of accomplishments Desire to make a difference Must be a US Citizen to work at this site Rare opportunity.
