Senior Engineering Manager - Camden, AR (Onsite Only)Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution at our Camden, AR facility. This is a fully onsite role (4x10 schedule, Monday-Thursday) —no hybrid or remote options available. This leader will translate company strategy into disciplined engineering execution, ensuring strong technical rigor, predictable delivery, and a high-performing, accountable engineering organization.
Compensation & Eligibility Salary Range:
$140,000 - $180,000 (flexible up to $225,000 for exceptional candidates)

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required

In-person interview required Key Responsibilities Drive execution of engineering strategy, aligning team priorities with business objectives Ensure delivery of engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards Establish clear priorities, milestones, and execution plans across multiple programs Identify and mitigate technical and program risks early Provide strong technical oversight, ensuring sound engineering practices and compliance with all internal, customer, and regulatory requirements Foster a data-driven culture , emphasizing continuous improvement and engineering excellence Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and technical staff Build clarity around roles, expectations, and accountability across teams Communicate status, risks, and priorities clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional partners Represent engineering in customer-facing and cross-functional engagements Manage staffing, workload balancing, and resource allocation to maximize impact Establish and track KPIs to measure productivity, quality, and delivery performance Continuously improve engineering workflows, governance, and review processes Drive talent strategy: hiring, retention, performance management, and leadership development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field 12+ years of engineering experience , preferably in production or defense industries Strong foundation in engineering principles with the ability to apply: First-principles thinking Data-driven analysis Sound technical judgment Proven leadership experience managing managers and delivering results through teams Demonstrated ability to set priorities, hold teams accountable, and communicate effectively at all levels Preferred Qualifications Advanced technical or business degree (MS, MBA, etc.) Experience building high-performing engineering organizations Strong track record of improving operational execution and predictability Experience working in regulated or highly technical environments #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
