We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electricians. Our company is committed to providing top-tier services and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor junior electricians. Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and reports. Participate in project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards. Experience with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power up to 4160V. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
