$100,000 - $160,000 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC and Mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HVAC systems and experience working with mechanical contractors on commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical/HVAC projects from preconstruction through completion Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and constructability Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project documentation Monitor project progress, quality, and safety through regular site visits Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company procedures Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mechanical or HVAC project management Experience working on commercial construction projects Working knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems (RTUs, chillers, piping, etc.) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Benefits Full Benefits Included For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
