Mechanical Project ManagerLocation:
Glendale, AZ (Greater Phoenix area)
Salary:
$100,000 - $160,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC and Mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HVAC systems and experience working with mechanical contractors on commercial projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical/HVAC projects from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsReview drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and constructabilityTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project documentationMonitor project progress, quality, and safety through regular site visitsEnsure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company proceduresMaintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholdersQualifications3+ years of experience in mechanical or HVAC project managementExperience working on commercial construction projectsWorking knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems (RTUs, chillers, piping, etc.)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsBenefitsFull Benefits Included
