This position manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle and will require demonstrable analytical and problem solving skillsPosition Responsibilities :

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) : Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership" 3+ years of experience managing complex project schedules and managing large scale program and projects 3+ years of experience working in a quality job role 3+ years of experience working with Six Sigma techniques 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and process control, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) utilizing six sigma techniques, and familiarization of AS9100 standards Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Engineer 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry 3+ years of auditing experienceConflict of Interest:
