Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) : Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership" 3+ years of experience managing complex project schedules and managing large scale program and projects 3+ years of experience working in a quality job role 3+ years of experience working with Six Sigma techniques 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and process control, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) utilizing six sigma techniques, and familiarization of AS9100 standards Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Engineer 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry 3+ years of auditing experience
