  • Full-time Quality Engineer ~ Manager Timpl has partnered with a multinational Energy Solutions company in hiring Quality Associate/Engineer.
As a Quality Engineer~Manager , you will ensure that products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process; also, ensuring that specific quality standards through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production teams. This role involves both office work and hands-on inspections on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Testing and Analysis:
Perform tests on raw materials and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Data Analysis:
Analyze quality data and report findings to relevant departments to facilitate improvements in production processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations.
Training:
Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices to enhance overall product quality.
Qualification:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field. A demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools is also beneficial. Experience in a battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Ability to work in a diverse environment #
