Job Description

Immediate Hiring - Director, Aerospace Military Business Segment (TS/SCI Required) We are seeking an experienced Business Segment Director to lead growth initiatives and mission-critical aerospace and defense programs focused on satellite communications, data transport, cybersecurity, cryptography, and secure national systems . This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for candidates with strong experience in Defense, Aerospace, Space Systems, and National Security Programs .

REQUIRED
at time of hire Bachelor's degree required 13+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in Aerospace/Defense environments Strong experience with: Satellite systems Space missions Secure communications Data transport Cybersecurity & cryptography solutions Established industry relationships within: Space Avionics Networking communications Cryptography communities Experience supporting classified / compartmented programs Strong business development, capture, and operational leadership experience Experience working with Agile development environments 2. Roles & Responsibilities Lead strategic growth and execution for mission-critical aerospace and defense programs . Drive business development and capture efforts across space, cybersecurity, and secure communications sectors . Build and maintain relationships with government, defense, and industry stakeholders. Oversee portfolio performance, financial metrics, and operational execution. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative mission solutions.
Pay:
$240,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
