Job Description The Boeing Company is looking for a Proprietary Programs Test Operations & Engineering Senior Leader to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation team supporting Air Dominance, Phantom Works & Weapons programs. The selected candidate will lead a diverse team of engineering management first line leaders and individual contributors across multiple engineering skills in support of flight test activities. Your Responsibilities Effectively interact with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and business unit partners Responsible for setting up new program support requirements to include systems, tools and staffing Knowledgeable of Design Engineering principles and tools Knowledgeable of Production Engineering principles and tools Responsible for leading and implementing effective RCCA's (root cause corrective action) Responsible for program integrated product team for test deliverables within Test Operations & Engineering What We Are Looking For This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
