Our mission is to revolutionize how people interact with food to create meaningful wellness outcomes while fostering impactful partnerships within the Health and Food Commerce ecosystems. Role Description This is a part-time remote position for a Head of Engineering. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering team, overseeing technical projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include managing engineering processes, creating a strong engineering roadmap, providing strategic technical direction, and fostering collaboration across teams to build innovative products that align with our mission. Qualifications Expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management Proficiency in Project Management, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables Strong background in Software Development and technical problem-solving Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration Experience working in a health, food commerce, or tech startup environment is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
