Electrical Project Managers | Bay Area, CA A leading electrical and construction group in the Bay Area is expanding rapidly across data center and high-tech infrastructure projects-and demand is currently outpacing delivery capacity. We're actively hiring experienced Project Managers to step into a growing portfolio of complex, high-value work. ???? What you'll be leading This is a varied, high-impact PM role across: ? Data Centers (key focus) Large-scale, multi-year builds ~$50M-$70M+ project scope Mission-critical infrastructure environments ???? Tech & flagship clients Apple, Google, Stanford-type projects Highly competitive, negotiated commercial work ???? Commercial & specialty construction Labs and R D facilities Office Tenant Improvements (TI) Smaller fast-track projects (~$1M-$5M) ???? Scope of work Projects ranging from ~$1M to $70M+ Manage multiple concurrent projects or lead large standalone builds Oversee APMs, Project Engineers, and field teams Blend of office leadership and regular site presence (including long-term data center assignments) ???? What we're looking for We're open on background, but expect real project ownership experience such as: Managing commercial construction projects (~$2M to $50M+ range) Leading project teams in fast-paced environments Strong coordination between field, office, and clients Ability to flex between smaller TI work and large-scale infrastructure builds This group has traditionally developed talent internally, but current demand requires experienced Project Managers who can step in and deliver immediately-while still growing with the business. ???? Compensation Performance-driven structure with strong upside:

Project Manager:

$110K - $170K base Performance bonus: $50K - $100K+ potential ???? Total compensation is heavily driven by project success and delivery performance ????
