12-Month Contract Overview We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support critical initiatives within a fast-paced technology and infrastructure environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can lead cross-functional teams, drive program execution, manage project planning activities, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects.
Important:
Candidates should have experience supporting MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within data center environments. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with technical expertise and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business teams. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple technical projects and programs simultaneously. Support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities. Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, vendors, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, roadmaps, and status reports. Facilitate meetings, identify risks, and proactively manage project dependencies. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Support process improvement initiatives and help establish best practices. Coordinate technical resources and stakeholders to achieve program objectives. Assist with testing, validation, and implementation activities when required. Provide leadership and communication across teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Support agile project management processes and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Experience managing technical projects or programs in complex environments. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Experience with project planning, scheduling, and documentation. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data center construction, infrastructure, operations, or facilities projects. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in mission-critical environments. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and technical teams. Familiarity with commissioning, construction, or infrastructure deployment projects. Experience working in high-availability environments such as data centers. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
