Full-time, Permanent My client, a global semiconductor technology company, is looking for a Product Quality Engineering Manager to lead product quality initiatives and drive customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role focused on managing quality performance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high standards across the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of quality engineers Act as the primary customer interface for quality-related matters Drive corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D) Collaborate with engineering, test, and manufacturing teams to improve product quality Support customer audits, reviews, and product change notifications Implement continuous improvements across quality systems and processes Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Extensive experience in semiconductor or electronics quality engineering Strong background in customer-facing quality roles Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies Excellent communication and technical reporting skills Ability to travel globally as required What's on Offer $160k-$230k salary Onsite role in San Jose Leadership opportunity within a global technology business Comprehensive benefits and long-term career development
