Job Description

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for Acoustics (Hardware) EPM to join their team. The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. Job Responsibilities:
Drive day-to day program activities, system build planning, execution & risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects. Lead cross-functional coordination between Noise & Vibration, Product Design, Electrical Engineering, RF, Software, and other stakeholder teams to address product noise issues and drive engineering solutions. Manage critical cross-functional issues across multiple product lines, including schedule tracking, issue escalation, dependency management, conflict resolution, and build timeline execution. Facilitate failure analysis (FA) reviews and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely issue resolution and program success. Understand, analyze, and effectively communicate complex technical and engineering challenges to diverse audiences.
Key Qualifications:
6+ years of program management experience in either noise and vibration or hardware engineering. Experience working with large cross functional teams is a plus. Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
