DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Repair Engineering Program Manager who will lead cross-functional repair programs spanning factory operations, hardware development, and software engineering.

This role requires driving the complete lifecycle of repair projects-from conceptualization through deployment-developing program plans, establishing milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery of AppleCare repair programs. You will partner with engineering teams to define repair requirements that influence product design for repair and lead development of software tools, diagnostic infrastructure, and system changes enabling scalable field repair solutions.

You will identify and communicate cross-functional issues, technical risks, and schedule impacts to all stakeholders, including senior leadership. This includes coordinating resolution of software defects and repair system challenges while managing end-to-end validation activities and ensuring production readiness before launches, aligning technical execution with business objectives.\
