Engineering Program Manager, SWE Developer Productivity

DescriptionIn this capacity, you will partner with leaders as well as a diverse set of team members to build and deliver AI-powered software initiatives according to Apple's high standards. You will be responsible for cross-functional alignment, project planning, tracking, execution, and reporting, while also overseeing service qualification, deployment, and operations. You will proactively identify, prioritize, and drive the resolution of program issues by communicating new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedule, and status documentation
• Bring together and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
• Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership
• Drive focus to critical path deliverables and track execution of dependencies
• Proactively identify risks to software delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
