Job Description

Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Sensor Cleaning Programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure all teams understand their responsibilities and deadlines at all times. Serve as the primary contact for external suppliers of sensor cleaning components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and development milestones. Support and facilitate internal core team meetings, including agenda setting, note taking, and follow-up actions. Develop and maintain program reports and documentation to provide clear updates on progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders. What's Needed? BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with at least 8 years of experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or engineering program management. At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in hardware product development. Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, including managing international suppliers.
