This role is ideal for a hands-on quality leader who enjoys building strong quality systems, developing teams, improving processes, and partnering closely with engineering, production, and customer-facing teams. The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance activities for temperature sensing products, support ISO quality management systems, drive corrective actions, and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal specifications. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative manufacturing team with supportive leadership, cross-functional visibility, and meaningful impact on product reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the quality assurance department, including quality control team activities, product compliance, quality testing, and reliability processes. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including manufacturing instructions, procedures, training programs, and process documentation. Conduct and support internal and external audits to maintain compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO
17025, and related quality accreditation requirements. Partner with production and engineering teams on mechanical and electrical design, process validation, test methods, and product specification requirements. Support customer-facing quality needs, including material characterization, failure analysis, 8D reports, technical documentation, and corrective action plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote a strong safety culture, and manage quality priorities within demanding project and production timelines.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$110,000 to $120,000 per year.
