A premier, full-service mechanical contractor in the Fresno/Central Valley is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. The company self-performs HVAC, plumbing, piping, medical gas, hydronics, and sheet metal fabrication across healthcare, education, commercial, government, and industrial sectors. The Role
Full ownership of project execution from pre-construction through closeout. You will lead project teams, manage owner and subcontractor relationships, and be accountable for delivering projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities
Manage all phases of mechanical construction, including buyout, scheduling, cost control, BIM/3D coordination, submittal and RFI management, change orders, and closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, GCs, and design teams. Oversee field supervision, manpower planning, and subcontractor performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Qualifications
3+ years of PM experience with a mechanical contractor. Background in HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping on commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects. Ability to read mechanical drawings and specs. Why This Opportunity
