Senior Architect, Integration & Production
About Veev
Veev is leading the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev's prefabricated closed-panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on-site while delivering a more sustainable and higher-quality final product than traditional construction. As a new subsidiary of Lennar, Veev leverages the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach of its roots as a Silicon Valley-based startup. Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.
This role is critical to Veev's mission of scaling a fully integrated product and manufacturing platform. In this role, you will lead architectural integration and production readiness across fabrication-ready product releases, ensuring systems are coordinated, manufacturable, and aligned with real-world construction constraints. Your work will directly impact Veev's ability to scale production, improve release quality, and drive reliable execution across fabrication and field deployment.
The Role
As an Architect within Engineering Production, you will own the integration and production readiness of architectural systems across Veev's modular product platform.
This role is responsible for translating product systems and engineering intent into fully coordinated, fabrication-ready architectural solutions that support scalable manufacturing and field execution.
You will work across architecture, structure, MEP, BIM, MCAD, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are integrated, manufacturable, and aligned with real-world production and construction constraints.
This is a highly cross-functional role focused on resolving complex integration challenges and enabling reliable release-to-fabrication workflows.
Responsibilities
Own integration and coordination of architectural systems across fabrication-ready product releases
Ensure architectural solutions are fully resolved, manufacturable, and aligned with production and construction requirements
Validate architectural design intent against fabrication, assembly, and installation constraints
Coordinate architectural systems across structural, MEP, BIM, MCAD, and manufacturing workflows
Resolve interdisciplinary clashes, constructability issues, and production integration challenges
Collaborate with R D and Design Integration teams to implement evolving product systems into production-ready solutions
Develop and maintain detailed BIM/Revit and MCAD-integrated models supporting fabrication and construction workflows
Support transfer and validation of data between Revit, SolidWorks, and downstream manufacturing systems
Contribute to scalable BIM standards, templates, and methodologies supporting production execution
Drive release-to-fabrication readiness and ensure architectural scope is fully coordinated prior to production
Contribute directly in a hands-on capacity to resolving architectural integration and production challenges
Support first-build activities, sustaining engineering updates, and continuous product improvements across released product versions
Partner with fabrication and field teams to resolve production and installation issues
Must-Have Skills and Competencies
Advanced expertise in Revit and BIM workflows within production-driven environments
Strong understanding of architectural integration across structural, MEP, and manufacturing systems
Experience developing fabrication-ready documentation and production-integrated design solutions
Proven ability to resolve complex coordination, constructability, and production integration challenges
Strong understanding of modular, prefabricated, or manufacturing-driven construction workflows
Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering and production teams
Strong systems thinking and attention to detail across downstream fabrication and construction impacts
Proven ability to make and drive technical decisions within fast-paced, evolving production environments
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving production environments.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
7+ years of experience in architectural integration, BIM, production engineering, or fabrication-driven construction environments
Nice-to-Have Skills and Competencies
These skills, competencies, and qualifications would set you, as a candidate, apart but are not required for the role.
Experience with digital fabrication techniques and their integration into Revit workflows.
Familiarity with SW modeling techniques and PDM.
Experience working within vertically integrated product development or manufacturing-driven construction environments
Experience in system coordination (for example, via NavisWorks)
Familiarity with California Building Codes.
Compensation
Offers are based on a combination of experience, skills, and location. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $145,000 - $185,000 annually for Hayward, CA.
