Job Description:
We're partnering with a leading engineering organization to identify an Engineering Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across a diverse portfolio. This role will oversee teams spanning civil, structural, telecom, and energy disciplines-driving projects from concept through completion while ensuring technical excellence, quality, and client satisfaction. Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams Oversee design deliverables for accuracy, compliance, and quality Drive project execution, schedules, budgets, and resource planning Collaborate with clients and construction partners to ensure successful outcomes Support cross-office operations between Phoenix, AZ and Irvine, CA What they're looking for: Professional Engineering (PE) license (or ability to obtain in CA and other states) BS in Civil Engineering 2+ years of leadership/project management experience Background in civil and structural engineering (telecom experience a plus) Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, tnxTower, and Microsoft Office Strong communication and client-facing skills Willingness to travel as needed
