Director of Engineering

Director of Engineering We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and scale engineering operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, including tooling and manufacturing engineering teams, manage a team of 7-10 engineers, and drive NPI (New Product Introduction) from concept to full production, with required knowledge in electronic components, harnesses, or similar.

Near Irvine, CA Salary Range:

$165K - $175K + Anual Bonus.

Key Requirements:
