We are looking for proactive, adaptable and motivated Engineering Project Managers with 3+ yrs of experience overseeing multiple complex projects with proven record of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel Review engineering drawings Familair wih civil/structural construction design Manage large team members from multiple disciplines while demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills Lead projects from start up, project completion, including close-out process Establish and maintain customer relationships Identify issues and provide resolution to problems while analyzing risks and mitigating when possible Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, update scope of work when needed while communicating with all team members of any changes Ensure project/program/construction rules and procedures are implemented and followed Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordanc Review and develop contract documents in coordination with others Documents and reports all project data accurately and in a timely manner Develop process improvements when needed for efficiency and efficacy of project development and execution Management of scope, budget, schedule and risk of complex construction projects from its development to procurement and construction. Manage customer projects including added and interconnection facilities, substation removals and any other projects that require customer coordination and contractor oversight. Follow safety and regulatory requirements. Process Improvements Support the development of any process improvements to expedite and efficiently manage construction projects. Education Bachelors Degree in Civil /Structural Engineering (preferred) M.S in Engineering / Business / Construction is a plus 4 yrs of Experience in Construction or Energy field Experience in tuility insdutry (preferred) Technical Expertise MS Business (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, MS Project /Primavera ) AutoCAD (desired) Experience in Engineering and/or Construction Familiar with Quality Assurance and Risk Mitigation analysis Infrastructure/Substation Construction (a plus) Certifications Six Sigma Green Belt (desirable) PMP or Active in Industry Associations (preferred) Skills Teamwork Leadership Listener Communication Skills Adaptability Respect Proactive
