Job Description:
A globally leading consumer device company based in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for Program Manager to join their team!
Requirements:
  • Gather requirements for respective programs
  • Build and maintain program schedules
  • Drive stakeholder accountability to ensure program milestones are met
  • Provide regular daily and weekly status updates on program progress
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Engineering/Technical Program Manager experience
  • Proven ability to align diverse teams (engineering, research, legal, privacy, operations) and external partners (3rd party vendors, external sites, participants) toward shared milestones.
  • Track record of proactively identifying risks, resolving ambiguity, and adapting plans when (study) projects encounter scope changes, technical issues, or operational challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining trackers, timelines, and documentation.
  • Personable, team-oriented individual with bias toward action and getting the job done.
  • Familiarity with study design logistics, participant recruitment workflows, data integrity practices, and the operational mechanics of running user studies (or something similar, eg, clinical trials) at scale, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working on past Black or Ultra projects preferred.
  • Data Collection or User Study background is a plus
