This position sits on the owner side, overseeing design-build delivery and driving outcomes across schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment. This is not a traditional project role — this is a program-level leadership seat with direct visibility to executive stakeholders and influence across one of the most significant rail infrastructure programs in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
