Sentinel
This leadership opportunity will be located in either Roy, UT, Huntsville, AL, or Manhattan Beach, CA. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What you will get to do: The leader of this exciting and challenging role will be responsible for: Focus on developing increased customer intimacy for the customer base by leading the Flight Systems Post-Boost IPT and partnering with System Program Office (SPO) Government leadership Coordinating with SDS Engineering FHR organizations regarding current and projected staffing needs to execute IPT activity and drive employee engagement and effectiveness Partnering with SMT Leads to oversee and adjust Post-Boost IPT activity being performed by Aerojet and other key suppliers Interface with and advocate for the Post-Boost Attitude Control Module Production Operations & Manufacturing and Test leadership teams in Huntsville and Space Park to deliver maximum capability across the Sentinel program and SDS Profit & Loss management to include monitoring earned value management system metrics and compiling Monthly and Quarterly financial reports to support annual sales projections, comprehensive estimates at complete, and long range strategic plans Developing and supporting growth strategies for Payloads and Protections Sentinel and adjacent program opportunities Execute program activity in a manner that meets or exceeds Northrop Grumman yearly financial goals and customer requirements Oversee the preparation of new and restructure/modification proposals and guide proposal teams to develop executable program plans balancing risk and affordability Grow the Post-Boost portfolio to drive profitable revenue growth and maximized annual sales Support the development and refinement of program management and project control processes and procedures Participate in programmatic and technical governance boards and assist engineers with executing change management Lead Post-Boost IPT activities to execute upcoming flight tests and to scale for production

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; Master's degree and 6 years of related experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Direct work experience with Department of War Government personnel Demonstrable history of versatile and dynamic leadership and the ability to forge strong customer and teammate relationships and to build, maintain, and motivate a high-performance execution team Strong communication skills Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret or higher clearance at time of application, current and within scope. These Qualifications Would be Nice toHave:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM Candidate should be a strong collaborator with the ability to work across multiple areas within Northrop Grumman and be comfortable navigating a matrixed environment Ability to advocate and influence government acquisition plans and create new business capture strategies Experience in identifying and mitigating performance risks while operating in a demanding, high-paced environment with minimal supervision #Sentinelleadership Primary Level Salary Range:
$166,700.00- $289,600.
