Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager III to join our team supporting the IDC Leadership Dashboard (ILD), a strategic executive-facing platform that provides real-time visibility into data center supply, plan of record, turn-ups, operations, energy and power, cost and financials, and security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program delivery across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering and a proven ability to drive cross-functional execution, maintain governance, and deliver timely roadmap outcomes .
Responsibilities:
Facilitate development execution and delivery of the ILD roadmap and committed milestones across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering. Lead daily stand-ups to track progress, surface blockers, and align priorities. Manage the product backlog including bugs, feature requests, and enhancements to ensure prioritization and steady progress. Coordinate weekly status updates to IDC leadership with accurate and timely dashboard commentary and business context. Drive cross-functional alignment on requirements, data quality, dependencies, and delivery timelines with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders. Own and enforce the change control process to ensure appropriate sign-offs from IDC leads for dashboard content changes. Track and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalations that could affect delivery or data accuracy. Maintain communications cadence including stakeholder roadshows, feedback loops, and coordination with business area owners (DC Supply, Energy, Operations, Cost, NRTU, Pipeline). Support data governance by coordinating with data owners to drive data maturity improvements across business areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of program or project management experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives. Proficiency with agile ceremonies and backlog management for multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to manage change control, risk, and dependency tracking with clear stakeholder communication. Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering on data quality and delivery timelines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with executive dashboards, data governance, and analytics platforms. Background in large-scale infrastructure or data center programs. This is not a people management role.
