HVAC Project Manager

If you're a relationship-driven sales pro who knows how to turn comfort solutions into confident decisions, this role is for you. We're looking for an HVAC Sales Professional who can guide homeowners through system replacements and upgrades with expertise, integrity, and a consultative approach - no high-pressure sales, just smart solutions! Responsibilities Establish customer rapport to recommend the right products and services. Develop key client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals. Recommend proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team. Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. Get potential customers excited about Tony's Plumbing, Heating, and Air and encourage them to spread the word.
