These are high-stakes, high-visibility programs where accuracy, scale, and trust are critical: when they work, no one notices; when they break, everyone does. You'll work across engineering, business partners, and leadership to build programs from first principles. Rather than copying what other companies do, you'll deeply understand what Tesla actually needs and deliver it. The ideal candidate treats programs like products — instrumenting them, measuring their impact, and iterating based on data. You're equally comfortable writing requirements, running SQL queries, and reviewing pull requests.
