This role is responsible for managing project execution from post-bid through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely execution
• Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Handle project documentation and reporting
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and issues
• Lead team members within the project management department. Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and materials
• Field experience is a major plus
• Experience managing projects valued at $3M+
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of NEC and estimating processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
