This role is responsible for managing project execution from post-bid through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely execution
- Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Handle project documentation and reporting
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and issues
- Lead team members within the project management department. Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and materials
- Field experience is a major plus
- Experience managing projects valued at $3M+
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of NEC and estimating processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
