You Have:

Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment, and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). Understanding of NEC, resi and commercial electrical construction and project designs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Home Owners, GC, In-House Staff, Architect, Rep, Other Trades Scope of Work:

Understand, prepare estimates, assist and deliver bid packages, troubleshoot as needed

Project Timeline:

Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating, Arrange Resources Project Profitability:

Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors

Work Orders:

Issue to team, coordinate with third parties

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/

Blueprints:

Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team (electrical, energy, automation)

Change Orders:

Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute

Implement:

high/medium-voltage power distribution & electrical deployments.

Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) Residential and commercial single-phase & three-phase (200A
