Director Engineering

Honeywell Aerospace, Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS) is seeking a Director of Engineering for our San Diego, CA site. This leader will head the engineering group responsible for development programs across a wide range of product offerings. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering for EDS Defense, the Director will oversee engineering development programs, coordinate with program management, and ensure successful execution of technical, scheduling, development cost, and design-to-unit-production cost (DTUPC) objectives. This role requires managing optimization of engineering processes and tools to enhance program execution, effectiveness, and development speed. The ideal candidate will have a strong RF engineering development background, with prior experience managing large engineering programs across varied product portfolios.
