Job Description

Senior Mechanical Project Manager needed for a well-respected, growing contractor in the San Diego area! This company has many years of proven excellence and shows no signs of slowing down!! A well established contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to manage and deliver exceptional results. Senior Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications:
Oversee project management processes and procedures with a team of 3 PM's, 2 PE's and a volume of $10M-$15M projects. Mechanical knowledge/experience required. Ensure daily huddles are completed and address any issues that may arise in the huddles. Keep the lines of communication open between PM, office, shop, and field. Attend all project handover and Job start meetings and ensure they are timely and complete. Oversee monthly project reviews. Ensure proper buy out, scheduling, cost projecting, and billing. Effectively manage and understand the financial health of all projects through monthly job costing reports. Monitor project starts and closeouts, keep a master schedule of the Paradigm backlog. Mentor project management team, provide training opportunities and a path for growth. Assist with client/jobsite/employee concerns and issues. Keep a presence in the field with the subcontractor and field teams.
