This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field teams, clients, estimators, and leadership. The company focuses on long-term client relationships and high-quality execution across commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Data centers Life sciences facilities Commercial tenant improvements Light industrial projects This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a smaller, team-oriented environment where people wear multiple hats and operate with a high level of urgency and accountability. Responsibilities Manage projects cradle-to-grave from kickoff through closeout Handle RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination Oversee multiple active projects and bids simultaneously Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients Support estimating and takeoff efforts as needed Track budgets, schedules, and project progress Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Attend job sites regularly throughout the Bay Area Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within electrical construction Commercial electrical project experience required Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, closeout documentation, and field coordination Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Bidding and estimating experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-company environment Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Compensation & Perks Base salary targeting $150k-$160k+ depending on experience Performance-based bonus program Car allowance + gas card 401(k) with company match Long-term growth opportunities Strong company culture with high employee tenure Focus on maintaining healthy work/life balance This is an onsite position based in the South Bay with projects throughout the Bay Area.
