• Solid track record of leading product development from concept to mass-production In-depth knowledge of passive component supply chain Strong interpersonal skills Minimum Qualifications Deep Magnetics Expertise
• Extensive professional experience in magnetics, specifically in the design and manufacturing of inductors, ferrite beads, and magnetic materials. Proficiency in material science, characterization, qualification, reliability testing, simulation/modeling, and statistical analysis is required. Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge
• Familiarity with AC-DC and DC-DC circuit design, acoustics, reliability modeling, and device/system integration. Program Management & Influence
• Proven ability to work as an individual contributor within a highly cross-functional environment. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to identify technical challenges, engage with suppliers, drive solutions, and manage programs to successful and on-schedule delivery. Hands-On Manufacturing Experience
• A minimum of 5 years (preferably in the recent role) of direct and on-site factory floor experience in a relevant manufacturing field is mandatory. Education & Experience
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, or MS in the above fields
• with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, or PhD in the above fields
• with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
